We want you to love your purchase from ModishPulse!
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@modishpulse.com with your order number and a photo of the issue.
Because our products are made and shipped directly from our suppliers, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
If your candle arrives broken or doesn’t function as described, we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your refund to appear after approval.
